The best listings have a clear descriptive title, at least one high quality photo, an honest description of the product and shipping time, and a competitive price. Buyers want to know exactly what they are getting and when it will arrive. Never overpromise on shipping times.

Your item arrived broken or in unusable condition. Provide a photo when you contact us.
Significantly not as described
The item is materially different from what the listing described — wrong product, wrong specs, or counterfeit.

What is not covered

Buyer's remorse or change of mind (you simply no longer want the item)
Claims filed more than 30 days after the expected delivery date
Items damaged after delivery due to buyer handling
Transactions completed outside of the Shopra platform
Minor variations in color or shade due to screen display differences
Stripe payment processing fees — all payments are processed by Stripe, who charges a non-refundable fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). In the event of a refund, the original payment processing fee is not returned by Stripe and is not covered by the Shopra Buyer Guarantee. Refunds represent the item purchase price only.

Welcome to Shopra. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Shopra

Shopra is an online marketplace operated by Shopra LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. We provide the platform, payment processing, and support infrastructure that connects independent buyers and sellers. Shopra LLC is not a retailer and does not manufacture, own, warehouse, or ship any products listed on the platform. All transactions are between the buyer and the independent seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Shopra. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Buyer Terms

Purchases: When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Shopra Buyer Guarantee: All purchases are covered by our Buyer Guarantee. If your item does not arrive or is significantly not as described, contact us at shopraservice@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Shopra LLC will work to resolve the issue within 14 business days. Resolution may include seller mediation, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances and seller cooperation. Shopra LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase receive a full refund. After 24 hours, refunds are subject to the seller's cancellation policy.

Disputes: Contact shopraservice@gmail.com before initiating a credit card chargeback. We will work to resolve issues promptly.

4. Seller Terms

Fees: Shopra charges a flat 8% commission on each completed sale. Founding Sellers who join during the launch period receive 0% commission through June 28, 2026.

Listings: Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, prices, and availability. Misleading listings may result in account suspension.

Prohibited items: You may not list counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, or any items that violate applicable law.

Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for shipping orders within the timeframe stated in their listing. Consistent failure to fulfill orders will result in account suspension.

Payouts: Seller payouts are processed via Stripe Connect after a brief holding period. Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use Shopra for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to circumvent our payment system by transacting outside the platform; (c) harass, threaten, or defraud other users; (d) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (e) attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Shopra name, logo, and platform design are the property of Shopra. Sellers retain ownership of their product photos and descriptions but grant Shopra a license to display them on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shopra provides the marketplace platform and payment infrastructure. 1. What We Collect

When you create an account or make a purchase on Shopra, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment details are processed and stored by Stripe — Shopra never stores your full card number. We also collect information you provide when filling out forms such as seller applications, complaints, and cancellation requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the marketplace, process transactions, send order confirmations and support communications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, ever. We do not display advertising or allow advertisers to target you through Shopra.

3. Cookies

Shopra uses only essential cookies required to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your session data is stored locally on your device and cleared when you log out.

4. Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a US-based cloud database provider. Shopra uses row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data. Backups are encrypted and stored in secure cloud infrastructure.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

We share your information only as necessary to operate the platform: with Stripe for payment processing, with EmailJS to send transactional emails, and with sellers when you place an order (so they can ship to you). We do not share your data with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at shopraservice@gmail.com. We respond to all requests within 5 business days.

7. Children's Privacy
